Portl hologram like presentation
This clever use of light box with see through LCD screen helps create a convincing 3D illusion. If you’ve got a few minutes to spare, its inventor David Nussbaum CEO of Portl, will talk you through it in the first video. Whereas in the second video the BBC does a news story on it.
Bar lounge decor enhancement via screen content
Here LED is cleverly used within the same space by Fusion Ci to create different visual elements. Another waterfall illusion is juxtaposed with playful bubble content displayed behind the bar. The third video shows alternative imagery deployed in the same space. A great thing about digital display is that it enables content to be refreshed once the novelty wears off.
Showreel reveals some content magic
For those of you keen on seeing more content from the Fusion CI studios and in the shortest possible time, this showreel gives you multiple examples within the one video. Please be aware here are some great content providers in Australia as well.
Catskills waterfall wall with stage door
This Fusion Ci project for JCM Global is at Resorts World in the Catskills outside New York. 7.7 million pixels spread over 546 square feet (2.5mm pitch) give a convincing portrayal of a waterfall. What makes it extra special, however, is that a door can magical appear to let performers enter the stage without getting wet. The falls themselves are a digital replica of the Stony Kills Falls, a nearby tourist attraction. It's a clever execution.
